Our family was cared for by Ali 2 of our 3 nights after a C-section and 48 hours of labor. Her amazing care, sensitivity, empathy, knowledge and skill helped us get through, and even enjoy, the most challenging time I've ever experienced in my life. She did her role with professionalism, from timely medications to cleaning up blood, but more importantly spent hours listening to me and getting to know our baby. She provided personal advice on caring for our baby and myself. This made our stay so much easier and started off our life together as a family with much more ease and confidence. Ali's kindness and selflessness were so key on our 3rd night when baby fed 21 times in one day! She spent hours with us, and then constantly checked up. She truly went above and beyond in physical, emotional and supportive care.
