Megan offered extras like getting a shower cap, smaller gown, and taking my temperature again because I was concerned. She listened, showed lots of compassion and concern, and was always there when I asked for or needed her. She was very professional yet caring and nurturing. She was very knowledgeable when I asked questions and willing to help me understand.
