Gail was my nurse on May 6th. When I walked into the ER, she was very understanding and caring. Gail is very professional and very special to me. I am glad she was there to care for me when I had my heart attack.

Gail demonstrates not only great clinical knowledge but also compassion and empathy. She communicates well with other staff and puts the needs of her patients at the top of her list. She is one of the nurses who routinely checks on patients in the waiting room and also communicates with them. Gail's dedication is amazing. CAH is lucky to have her.
