My 9-year-old son has been receiving allergy shots for almost 3 years from Nurse Amanda. From our very first visit, she has always welcomed him with a smile and treated him with great compassion and care. Despite his young age, she talks directly to him and listens to his preferences. He always feels heard and respected. She has taken the time to know him and his personal interests. They share special "inside jokes", he considers her a friend. Her caring and compassionate demeanor has made him feel more comfortable and safe despite having to receive shots several times a month. She is a treasure to us!
