When I first arrived at SJMC, Tucker was at the desk and greeted me and explained how Dr. R was deciding on how to repair my mother's fractured hip. Tucker was very efficient, respectful, and kind in caring for my mother.
He showed interest in her as a person. He made my mother comfortable. She liked him and his positive attitude.
