Jessica displayed a great attitude and proficient care for her patient and to me. I was not her patient, but for 3 days, I observed her care for someone I shared a room with. In turn, when she would notice I was missing items that I asked my nurse or tech for, she would assist me without hesitation. She listens to her patients, empathizes with them and always displays a calm, alert, caring attitude while helping her patients understand their plan of care and reasons for certain things.
