I have known Patsy since I moved here in 2000. She is one of the night shift charge nurses in the PICU. She has helped train all the new grad nurses that came to her shift. Although some appreciated the offering of her knowledge and experience better than others, she is persistent and consistent. Those who listened to her became some awesome nurses. She is very talented. Her experience, talent, and knowledge have helped save thousands of lives of children. She is one of the nurses who has done a wonderful job on transport. She stays calm and thinks through the problems even in the most stressful of times. She definitely performs the best chest compressions. She also helps the nighttime residents, so many lives. She has placed a huge mark on the world, but no one can immediately see it because it is in the hearts and minds of everyone she comes in contact with.
