Linda always does more than what is expected of her. She is a great bedside nurse and she spends quality time with her patients. Linda listens to what they say and plays with her patients. She gives her patients her undivided attention. Once she had a patient who had his days and nights mixed up. She got the patient up at night when he was awake and colored, played, and wheeled him around our unit so the parent could get some well-deserved sleep, not caring that it was 2:00 a.m. She really focused in on that child and all the patients she cares for. If my child was a patient here at Cook Children's, I would want Linda to be my child's nurse!!!
