Brad was actually nominated twice, by two different nursing peers!
Brad went to great effort to take a terminally ill patient up onto the roof of the hospital to fulfill the patient's last wish to see the mountains. Brad not only showed compassion and went to great effort, he gave 100% to his other patients that day and helped others as well. What a great team player.

Brad is an exceptional and very compassionate nurse. His patient was in his last days of life and wanted to just go outside. Brad took the patient to the balcony and managed to grant him his last wishes. Amazing care!
