Ashley Dunigan, RN went above and beyond! She was exceptional in every aspect of my care! On a scale 0-10, she was a 12. She was very courteous and kind and on the ball! As an RN myself being on the other side as a patient, she helped me progress with my care promptly, Ashley would bring my pain meds as requested, assisting me in ambulating the first time when the nursing aid was assisting other patients. She always took her time to help me even if it was putting on my night collar, placing an ice pack, or an assist up. I feel I progressed faster from her education, plus benefited from her post-op care of my neck, and giving me autonomy as I progressed. I was well prepared for discharge the next morning! She always asked if I needed anything or any help. I want to thank her from my heart for her exceptional care. She is a studious RN, way exceeds in customer service and skills. My husband felt that she was an exceptional RN and felt she provided excellent care, not just to me but himself as well as a family member. My favorite nurse, I have ever had. Ashley took the time to escort me to my car.
