Janel has been a constant and key player on the team at Hanover Pediatrics. She is dedicated, loyal, and hard-working. Hanover Pediatrics has been through a lot of changes in the last year and she has displayed several Bon Secours values throughout. When a new hire was trained at another location, Janel displayed respect and compassion by including her in the team when she came on full-time after training. At that time, a lot of discussions took place around the office flow and if changes should be adopted. Janel expressed her opinion yet readily adopted change when decisions were made different from hers. Hanover Pediatrics uses laptops instead of computer access in every room. Janel took initiative to facilitate office implementation to bedside documentation. Hanover Pediatrics provides weekend coverage to Lee Davis Pediatrics (sister practices). During a severe staffing shortage at LDP, Janel stepped up and offered several weekends to assist with coverage and availability to less experienced staff. She keeps a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She is always approachable and available. Janel is a vital piece to the team at Hanover Pediatrics.
