Christy took care of my mom with caring, compassion, competence, integrity, mission minded, professionalism, accountability, communication and teamwork. GREAT JOB! Christy demonstrates great professionalism and compassion. Great team work! I am very happy - from one to ten, she is a TEN. Great job!

Christy's professionalism is one of her attributes that attracts her patients and families. She is always courteous and smiling, always present as the utmost advocate for her patients. When rounding with patients, they always say she is always in the room before they need to use their call button. She makes time for each patient, never seems to be in a rush, thoroughly explains and ensures the patient understands. The CNA's love working with her because she keeps open communication with them for the care of the patients. She is very helpful with the CNA's, especially when busy; she makes arrangements with the CNA to be sure each patient is cared for, especially with regards to hygiene and careful observation of pressure ulcers. She is great with new interns, taking the time to orient and train them. She does her work with such enthusiasm. Christy never complains and is always there for her co-workers. She's helpful to the nurse manager with the CalNoc; always there to help.
