Leslie was amazing! She was patient, took time to listen to my mom, who was scared, anxious, and a little demanding. She was warm and professional and made my mom feel at ease. I truly appreciate Leslie's calmness and taking the time to make my mom feel listened to and recognized as a person, and not just a case to be managed. Nurse Leslie has great character and is very polite. If I have a doubt she will explain in a way that I can understand.
