Jamie’s kindness was excellent. Her calm toward the family kept us calm at a time we were all so stressed. It was amazing. She saw to his comfort and brought such PEACE to the room. I appreciated her care the most. I was not there from 7p-7a but I award her for excellent communication to the family of what was going on with my husband while in ICU.
