When I had a blood transfusion, I started to have an allergic reaction. My entire arm burned and felt like it was going to fall off. Dinah took control from the very beginning. If it wasn't for her doing what she did, when she did, it would have been bad news for me. She was so concerned and worried for me, she treated me as if I was her close family member. She also came with me down to CT Scan and never left my side. She has the most empathy, consideration, compassion, and understanding. She is nonjudgmental. She will forever be in my heart and forever in my memories.
