Kaitlin put our minds at ease. She is calming, yet exuberant, and knowledgeable. She made us feel we were at the center of our care: Providing frequent updates and being accessible. She was confident and assertive in her recommendations and treatment and creative in her guidance. When the MD wasn't available, Kaitlin made fast, astute clinical judgment calls. Her bedside manner and empathy were only outdone by her technical skills. She remained calm and moved quickly. We are forever grateful.

My daughter had complications and severe pain. Kaitlin recognized the seriousness of her needs and started a relaxation protocol.
