Nurse Marissa provided outstanding care to my husband and me during his hospital stay in the Stepdown Unit. Her attentiveness and humble spirit connected with ours. She was willing to provide detailed information about my husband's prognosis to ensure that we understood every aspect of his care. She is very professional and customer service oriented. Not only did she provide care for the patient, but she made sure that my needs were met too. One particular night we had visitors from our weekly book club. She made certain that the room was accommodating so that my husband would not have to miss the meeting. We had it right in his hospital room, how cool is that? We love Obici Hospital and its staff. We are now and will forever be a part of the family of staff on the Stepdown Unit.
