Carola is the epitome of what a nurse should be. She is kind, caring, and on the spot for all needs. There are words that are meant for certain people- extraordinarily kind and compassionate! This has been a very emotional journey for our family. We had moments of fear, confusion, concern, even anger, but when Carola entered the room, it eased these emotions. We felt at ease knowing she was caring for us. We seldom had to ask for anything, and if we did, she was on it and happy to serve. In our time of need, she anticipated our questions with knowledgeable, positive answers (no question too small or without an answer) even if repeated, giving us a sense of security and confidence. She was an Angel. We want to thank her for being family while we were hospitalized. We were blessed to have her as our nurse! She has made a sad situation more endurable. She exemplified a nurse with integrity: "Whoever walks in the door, and for whatever reason, we care for the same, and with kindness." Thank you so much!
