Nicole has an outstanding attitude and is always cheerful. She was an absolute delight.

During my hardest time as a mother, while my child was hospitalized, Nicole was a fresh, bright face. She did everything possible to get answers to our endless questions. I had family come in late before my daughter's surgery and Nicole welcomed them from travel with blankets, pillows, and towels, helped them find sleeping accommodations, and even checked on this worried mom when I couldn't sleep. While providing my daughter with excellent care and diligent monitoring, she also helped ease me and my family through this difficult process. She was my saving grace, even though she probably didn't realize that, because to her, she was simply doing her job. She will forever have my gratitude.
