Not only did Miranda show compassionate care along with excellent nursing skills to her patients, but she also showed the same compassion and care to her staff as well. She was in charge one night when I floated to her unit. I had three new admits that night and she helped me with the admissions as if they were her own patients. She showed compassion along with executing great judgment, even though she had her own duties to fulfill as a charge nurse. She went above and beyond my expectations as an excellent provider for her patients as well as the staff. She is a wonderful asset to this hospital and to the nursing profession.
