Jennifer Brandenburg was so attentive to the smallest detail. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about my surgery. She made the time go by quickly and helped me understand what was about to happen. A very nice lady who did her job top-notch!

I woke up in recovery from my bilateral mastectomy and my right shoulder, which I had previous issues with, was dislocated. Jennifer notified the physicians and assisted me in standing to manipulate my shoulder per my request. She was amazed at my strength and showed true compassion. She displayed true empathy. Her act of kindness and her ability to support a patient in need deserves recognition.
Jennifer responded to my request to note on my chart not to use that arm for further blood pressures, or with future hospital stays. She remembered this scenario when I came back for my port-a-cath insertion two weeks later! She immediately "tagged" my right arm so it would not be used. That's a great memory for her to have. She also started my IV on the first try and I am so appreciative. Jennifer is very professional, and I would rate her as excellent!
