My dad came in for an angiogram test and it became apparent that he would need to have bypass surgery the next day. I live 10 hours away and jumped in the car with my brother and headed to Arkansas. We made it to be with my mother before the surgery was complete. Met with the doctor and dad was brought back to ICU.
The following morning was my first opportunity to talk to my dad and that is when I met Francy. WOW, what a wonderful nurse and caring individual you have on your staff - everyone was wonderful - but she truly stood out to me and my brother as being an all around caring person as well as a skilled nurse. She answered questions I had and explained to my father what was happening now and going forward, totally put my mind at ease. I am back home now and I know that the hospital will continue to take care of my dad until he is ready to go home. I wanted to take a moment and tell you all how grateful I am to Francy and the staff for helping us all cope with a very scary situation - thank you!
