During my wife's stay, Kim was outstanding in her service. Kim is special and has gone way beyond the DAISY Award requirements in service, care and dedication to her duties. She was able to communicate to my wife what she was doing, why she was doing it and what it would do to make her get better so she could go home.
If there's one place where service is noted it is in the care of someone else. I can tell you that Kim performs her duties as not just a "job" but as service to others. She never let down from the beginning to the end of her shift. She was ready, willing and able to answer my wife's questions and concerns.
It is simple to say that Kim was the best of all who took special care of my loving wife. I know she will tell others of the wonderful support, care and action she was given under Kim's duty to her job. One should be glad they have on their staff a person dedicated to the profession of caring for others.
My wife and I can only say to Kim, "Thank you." Keep up the outstanding service and support.
