Nadia demonstrated knowledge and expertise from the moment she assumed care of my husband, who was admitted for CABG. In a no-nonsense type manner, she speedily worked her way through pre-op proceedings and delegated other tasks to ensure all were completed in a timely manner.
On the flipside, she was soft-spoken and demonstrated a caring attitude toward my husband and me. When I expressed concern and stated that I was anxious over the critical points of surgery, such as going on and coming off the bypass pump, she assured me that she would let me know when this was happening. She was true to her word and called me from the OR to inform me of my husband's progress. Nadia was knowledgeable, efficient, kind and compassionate.
