My 90-yr old father, visiting from Ohio, was a patient in the Emergency Department with a fractured shoulder. Ellen helped me a great deal with discharge needs of a wheelchair and home health visits. Since he is from out of state, she made several phone calls to his insurance in Ohio and to the home health agency for at-home arrangements.
Upon speaking to the RN Care Manager with his insurance, Stacy stated how enjoyable it was to speak to Ellen and how impressed she was with her knowledge. This gave me the peace of mind needed to focus on taking care of him.
