Jorum gave exceptional care to my father during his stay. Jorum would always take the time to listen to dad (or me). He would take each concern into consideration and go out of his way to do whatever needed to be done to get resolved and make sure dad was comfortable and happy! Jorum had worked a 12-hour night shift and before leaving in the morning he personally came in and gave dad the best shower he had during his stay. He gave his very swollen legs the extra TLC they needed and massaged and lotioned them. This meant more to dad than anyone can imagine.
Yesterday after Jorum got off his 12-hour night shift on a different wing, he made a point to come by dad's room and tell him good-bye and wish him well. We were so lucky to have such a caring and wonderful nurse. Thank you Jorum!
