It didn't take long to realize that we were working with someone very special. With his sense of humor and his deep concern for people, he is just a joy to be around. He treats each and every patient like they were a member of his family or close friend. Afrim is so very patient with everyone and takes the time to make sure they understand what to expect and ways to cope. The 5 East unit, as well as the hospital, are lucky to have someone like Afrim!
