Recently, Gabriela was my nurse. I expressed my concern about the continuing pain in my leg and lower back. I had been telling my doctor about this pain for three days and was asking for an MRI to be ordered, to determine why the pain was worsening each day. When I expressed my concerns to Gabriela, without hesitation, she made that MRI happen and it was a good thing that she heard me, because it saved my life. A blood clot was found on my spine that required emergency surgery.
Gabby has a very outgoing individual with a super positive attitude. According to her nurse manager, Gabby has a smile that lights up a room and she uses it frequently to uplift the spirit of her patients. She recently moved from the night shift to the day shift to be more involved in hospital operations. Thank you, Gabby, for all that you do.
