Joseph Felix always puts the needs of the residents first. Even if he is busy passing medications he never turns down or passes off the needs of a resident. Joe always has a cheerful attitude, a smile and does his job with love. All too often I feel that the basics are overlooked and overshadowed by other tasks and responsibilities, but Joe always puts other first.
