Upon hearing of S's status Keith made it his priority to assist with his care. Keith quickly went to his bedside and provided valuable clinical assistance as well as emotional support for S.
Keith reviewed S's blood work, imaging results, and started a large bore IV. He participated in collaboration with the physician team and assisted with transferring S to a higher level of care. S ended up having emergency lifesaving surgery that night. The teamwork and assistance provided by Keith was above and beyond and contributed to S's outcome.
