Janelle is really a special human being. Janelle encompasses all that a nurse should be. She is very genuine when she is with a patient or family member. She truly listens, which is a key quality. She is compassionate in every sense of the word. She is thorough in her nursing skills and assessments and acknowledges the feelings and issues that are happening in the moment. She made things happen with my mom's issues at hand, and addressed them immediately, getting the ball rolling on issues that were important, such as a wound nurse to assess the beginning of an ulcer. She just never lagged on anything and made me feel at ease knowing I could rely on her to take care of my mom, who is the most important person in the world to me. Janelle really deserves to know that she is one of the best nurses in the world. I'm a nurse myself and I know she is a phenomenal human being.
