As soon as you meet Caitlyn her smile puts you at ease. She is one of the happiest, friendliest people I've ever encountered. What stood out to me the most was the feeling that she was there to care for me, not to just do a job. Although I was in Mom/Baby recovering from a C-section, it was my shoulder that was giving me the most pain. Caitlyn gave me tons of options for ways to relieve the pain and let me be in charge of my own health. She never made me feel silly for complaining about my shoulder and I could tell she truly wanted to do whatever she could to make me comfortable. Even the next day she checked on me and made sure to tell my other nurses what happened so they could monitor it. Caitlyn always included me in any decisions rather than dictating to me what was going to happen. I feel blessed to have had her all three nights as I was very comfortable with her. She was made for this job and she embodies who a nurse should be.
