Kathleen was my mom’s nurse while she was here for 3 days. While we were here Kathleen joked with us and had us laughing every time she came in the room. She was extremely friendly and it made a very boring hospital stay not so bad. Thanks Kathleen! You’re awesome.

Thanks to all of you in 4 west but I specifically want to mention Kathleen. She is wonderful each day, she greeted me with a contagious smile that made me want to feel better. She is funny, efficient and cares about her patients. She asked me questions and actually listened for my answers and addressed my concerns. Although I wouldn’t wish hospital time on anyone, if they would have to be here I hope they get someone as pleasant and helpful as Kathleen was to me.

I would sincerely like to Thank Kathleen for the excellent service that she provided to me during my stay at Kaiser Permanente. Kathleen is polite kind, gentle, hard working and professional. Her personality and professional work ethic made my stay at Kaiser Permanente enjoyable. Although I was in severe pain when I arrived; her constant attention was greatly appreciated. My husband, friends and family enjoyed her company as well. Kathleen is a great addition to the Kaiser Permanente family and should be recognized for 5 star service care, with her patients. Please let Kathleen know that her diligence, personality and gentleness were greatly appreciate and admired.

Kathleen is an excellent nurse, since I arrived to my room she welcome me and explained the plan, she answered all my questions, provided me with everything that I needed, she always had a smile on her face. She made me feel good and secure in the hospital. She always asked me if I needed anything else before she left the room. She has very good communication skills and patient care. I want to thank her for making me feel like I was at home and not the hospital. I could only wish that we have more nurses like her.

Kathleen was an extremely personable competent and efficient nurse while take great care of my son today, on telemetry 4 West. She was pleasant, attentive, and caring while performing all her nursing duties. She also was a great instructor for the student nurse she was precepting. We appreciate having her as our nurse today. She did all this with a smile and funny sense of humor. We found the entire Kaiser Permanente staff that care for Kevin exceptional.
