Staci was nominated by the daughter of a patient in our ICU at Marlton. Below is the nomination:
As of today, my mom has been in the MICU for weeks. Staci took care of her for over 2 weeks. Never once did she display anything but complete compassion, caring and yes, love, of her patient, and to us who asked her a million questions and she answered all of them with knowledge and caring. Once, when I arrived I overheard her speaking to my mom (who was intubated). She spoke to her with such respect and care as if she were awake. I could go on, but I think you can see that Staci is an important part of your Virtua team.
