She is a leader in our dept. She is also an excellent communicator to the staff. One day we were extremely short and she explained her plan and said. Let’s do our best for the patients and our families. Let’s help each other and make this a good day. She took patients herself. She translated Spanish for any of us who needed help. She helped everyone.


She keeps staff and patients informed of their care. She is very positive and forgiving. She never asks anyone to do something that she herself would not do. Her staff adores her. Our shift is blessed to have her work with us.


She is funny and positive. She is serious. She pushes us to call report and will even call report on patients to help you. She will even put patients in the computer and helps keep the doctors informed.


She is a mother and to see who with our parents for child patients is amazing. She will reach out and touch their hand, or gives a hug. She makes you feel loved just being around her.
