I wanted to write and give a HUGE thank you to the ER Dept at Presbyterian Main. I came in with what turned out to be very serious and I needed emergency surgery that night on my colon. From the moment I walked in the door, I was amazed at how well I was treated from all staff members. Everyone listened to my concerns, and truly made me feel very comfortable. I wanted to give a Special Thank You to Julian. He was the nurse on duty at the time and he was Outstanding! I truly did not realize how sick I was, but he remained calm with me and did not ever show me that it was as serious as it was. He looked at me straight in the eyes and showed such compassion and care, that I truly knew I was being taken care of.
I had to stay in the hospital for 7 days and he even came up to visit me twice. He truly went above and beyond his nursing duties for me. He will never know how much that meant to me and how spectacular he is at his job. He truly is an asset to Presbyterian and I consider him one of my angels that helped me through that night
Thank you again for being such a quality healthcare institution and for having such amazing employees. I'm very thankful!
