Jonathan Shilling is amazingly sensitive to patient's needs in a very critical situation. He is very patient & caring - listened so well, responding so appropriately to concerns, questions. Gave space when space was needed, shared accurate information of medical interventions & procedures. I could go on & on & on.... Oustanding!
