"Laura was shopping at Caputo's market and witnessed an elderly woman fall. When she investigated, the woman was initially OK with a bruised chin but soon lost consciousness. Laura's quick assessment revealed no response and no pulse. After one quick breath and a compression the woman came back. Laura directed Caputo's staff to call 911 and search for the women's family inside the store. The woman was transported to the ED."
