Jaynie made a point of explaining things to the patient. Then she made a point of introducing herself to the patient's family members and explaining things to them and telling them how things were progressing. She always had the patient's needs as her first priority. When a room with a better bed and view became available, she had the patient moved, because she felt the better bed would help his aching back. Jaynie always wanted to meet the patient's needs. She showed so much concern for the patient and family members. She treated us the way she would want to be treated in the same situation. This is very comforting to know she was caring for my family member when I was not there.

It was refreshing having a nurse so caring. Jaynie really deserves a DAISY Award!
