Caroline Kirk has been the most compassionate and caring home health aide supervisor this agency has known. Her advocacy on the part of our CHHAs has helped them to fulfill their roles with competence and caring. She has on several occasions willed in to teach the CHHA class, their in-services and their skills reviews. She has managed many challenging situations with patients/families and varied cultural issues using her excellent customer service skills and of course, coaching. She has been an instrumental part of the PHI coaching supervision training, and her enjoyment with teaching is obvious to anyone who meets her.
