Everyone told me not to travel alone. I am a stubborn woman. Driving from Michigan to South Carolina by myself was not a good idea. I stopped to get gas in Kentucky around 11 am and tripped and fell, breaking my tibia and fibula. I was alone in a strange town in a hospital I knew nothing about. Scott helped me into a hospital bed and then made me feel that everything will be ok. He then offered to help me get all my belongings from the rental car after his shift here. This was above and beyond what I ever expected.
