There are far too many things about Lisa, her expertise, professionalism, knowledgeability, and overall care, for me to possibly remember, but here it goes.
Lisa ensured that I ambulated safely despite my knee injury, which was not my reason for admission. She smiled, joked with me, and comforted me immensely while still maintaining professionalism. She remained calm and always demonstrated patience. She was lovely, friendly, courteous, cordial, and polite. She was incredibly attentive. This may sound insignificant, but it wasn't to me: She got me lots of ginger ale for my nausea, got me plenty of orange juice for Vitamin C at my request for my immune system.
But most importantly, Lisa made me feel safe in every way possible, showed me kindness all the time, and rather than treating me like an inconvenient, mentally ill, sick, helpless or dangerous mentally disturbed individual, she treated me with dignity and respect like an actual human being who just needed help.
