Theresa Thomas, RN, was nominated for the DAISY Award by one of her patients.
Theresa’s skill of care was exceptional. I never had to beep her; she was always right on time with everything. She not only helped in my physical recovery, but the compassion and emotional support provided in making sure I was ok, was beyond her job as a nurse. She even extended herself to my wife and offered support to her during this difficult time. She listened to my questions and she always had a thoughtful and meaningful response – with a good sense of humor too!
