Jessica Reichard took care of my father-in-law while he was on IMC - she cared for him just like he was her own grandpa and he just loved her. I could not have asked for anyone to be any kinder or gentler with him. He's 86 and has had numerous health problems and coming to the hospital is always scary for him. He had a stroke with no physical deficits although he did lose his speech, which was so very frustrating, but Jessica was able to get him to relax and not be so worried when trying to communicate. I must admit, I even felt better when I looked up and there she was - smiling; then I realized she was his nurse and I was so happy to see her.

Jessica is just fabulous! I say this from a nursing standpoint as well as from a family member standpoint. You know nurses are human too - and we need a little TLC sometimes. Jessica was there for my entire family! Jessica truly gives the kind of care that we appreciate.
