Wylene was my first nurse when I arrived at the hospital. I was scared out of my mind since I was only 24 weeks [pregnant] at the time and was undergoing an amnio and cerclage (stitching up cervix). Her love and compassion made the whole experience so much better and less stressful. She demonstrated patience, comfort, and excellent service. She was with me in the OR during my procedure and I'll never forget how she held my hands and rested her forehead against mine when they were doing my spinal. It felt like my mom was with me, or better yet an angel. She is such a soft soul with the best bedside manners. You guys are lucky to have her. She also did two excellent IV's on me and I'm a chicken when it comes to needles!
