... I met Kim about 5 years ago when I started receiving monthly shots. Initially, I was impressed with her professionalism, compassion and sincerity in caring for me and my condition. I look forward to my appointments because she is always in good spirits, warm and welcoming and I know she sincerely cares about me. Kim consistently calls me with a phone reminder for my appointments. I never have to wait for my appointment which I attribute to her being very organized. Kim is a hard worker and a joy to see while she's giving me shots in both arms!

I know Kim is a long term employee and she is a true asset to Kaiser. I think it would be wonderful if Kim is recognized for her many years of her kind, warm-hearted, compassionate care of the patients she sees.
