Jeanette was on duty the night we removed Mom from a vent and elected hospice care for her. It was a very difficult night for us, accepting Mom's imminent death. Jeanette made us feel so cared for and so supported that difficult night. Jeanette was also on duty helping on the last day Mom was on the 7th floor. We were trying to move Mom to a SNF for her terminal care and she worked with us tirelessly to that end. We hit a roadblock in the process and Jeanette delivered some very delicate news. She was with us, helping us during a rather hasty move to the 4th floor. She orchestrated a smooth transition to another level of care for Mom.

I cannot say enough kind words about Jeanette. She truly has a serving heart. She gave 100% every minute she was on duty. She is the very epitome of a nurse, she always made us feel comfortable and reassured that she had Mom's health and best interest at heart. She was thrown a couple of curveballs but handled each with professionalism and true compassion. I hope that if I am ever hospitalized, Jeanette can be my nurse.

She worked hard to take care of Mom. She found information that we needed. She stopped to check on us and her even when Mom was not her patient - caring!
