Caitlin kept family involved with all care from patient to Doctor. Our Taylor had over 150 seizures and she was very helpful and compassionate and caring.

My daughter had about 150+ seizures the first day she was here. Caitlin was very patient and kind. She was very understanding and sweet.

Caitlin introduced herself and immediately offered to help. She was very patient and friendly. I felt a true compassion from Caitlin; an asset in this profession.

On a daily basis, Caitlin demonstrates a positive and upbeat attitude in an environment that could easily be depressing. She works easily with her peers and providers, is a supportive, knowledgeable mentor to younger nurses and is loved by all of the families that are lucky to be assigned to her. There are many wonderful nurses in the EMU but she stands out as a wonderful, perfect pediatric nurse. During down time, rather than sit at the desk, Caitlin takes time to play with the children in the room and spends time educating the parents. I hope she can be recognized for her hard work.
