Carol is an amazing person who has dedicated her entire life to the care of others. Each and every day she provides expert compassionate care to each of her patients and their families. This care extends far beyond the standard 8 hour work day, as she takes their calls at any hour.

In addition to the care that she provides to her patients and their families, Carol is an amazing mentor to every nurse within TCCC and 4N at TRMC. She makes every effort to provide the education and training that each of us needs in order to provide the same level of care to our patients that she provides to her own. Her never ending encouragement towards furthering education and obtaining OCN status among the nursing staff has been invaluable. Carol Blecher is an inspiration and truly is a shining star among the nurses here at TCCC and TRMC.
