Melissa Cummings is a long standing RN in the PACU. She is one of the first to offer to help to a coworker, take on additional shifts and be there to assist at the bedside. Furthermore she will go out of her way to go get trays of food for patients, run down and drop off scripts so they will be ready when the patient leaves. She makes phone calls for patients to their families to keep them up dated or to allow the patient to talk to their family. Melissa is always cheerful and ready for whatever comes her way. Whenever she works the whole mood of the room changes and it is always a good day.
